Building Up the Subwoofer Box:
The DLS UR12, feeding only one of its voice coils, becomes a perfect subwoofer for a small sealed enclosure, with a volume between 20 and 30 Liters.
I am building up a 22Lt enclosure. It is made of MDF board, 19mm thick.

Boards are glued together with vinyl glue, screwed together with 40mm long screws every 30mm to 50mm, treated with sealant resin and finally sealed with a special silicon.

As it is shown in the pictures the shape os the enclosure it is not perfectly cubic, to match perfectly into the place where it is going to be fitted.
This picture shows also the handles integrated on the sides of the box, they are ment to ease the handling of the heavy weight and to support the side amp covers.
Some details of the way the grille and the sub are going to be fixed to the box, using allen screws and spider mounting rings.

After some primer and sanding, the box was laquered and upholstered on the sides that will not be seen to get an optimal fitting...

A Gold plated connector was solidly screwed on the back side and sealed from the inside.
